The rules for this site, the TIMECARD collection and the game. Last updated 19 October 2026.
TIMECARD is a collection of onchain characters on the Ink network and a game built around them: offices, shifts, PUNCH and the city. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.
If you hold a TIMECARD character, the token is yours: you can keep it, sell it or give it away. While you own a human or monster token, you may use, reproduce, display and adapt that character's art and associated PFP for personal and commercial purposes, including merchandise, media and your own projects, without asking TIMECARD for permission.
The TIMECARD name, logos, trademarks and other brand identifiers remain ours. Commercial use under this licence must not use or mention our name or brand in the product, its branding, packaging, promotion or advertising. Remove any TIMECARD branding from exported artwork before using it commercially. Do not present your project as official, sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with TIMECARD.
This licence covers your own character's art and PFP. It does not grant rights to other people's characters, the collection as a whole, the engine, the website or our brand, and it does not transfer copyright or trademark ownership.
Roster entries are reviewed by hand. An approved entry gets one free mint on the allowlist. We may refuse entries that break the rules, such as someone else's reply, duplicate or automated entries. The allowlist is final once it is published for the mint.
PUNCH is the game's own currency: it is earned on shift and spent inside TIMECARD. It is not an investment, and we make no promise that it, a character or anything else here will have or keep any monetary value. The game opens in stages and keeps changing: features, prices, rewards and seasons can be added, adjusted, paused or retired.
Transactions on Ink are final and cost network fees. Smart contracts and networks can fail, be congested or have bugs. Your wallet, its keys and what you sign are your responsibility: we will never ask for your seed phrase, and we never send the first message. The only official links are the ones on this site and on @thetimecard.
Do not attack the site or the contracts, automate the roster or impersonate anyone. We may block access to the site for anyone who does.
The site, the collection and the game are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by the blockchain, wallets or third-party services such as OpenSea.
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. How we handle personal data is in the privacy page. Questions: @thetimecard on X.
