OVERTIME · TIMECARD project · Updated 15 October 2026
This policy covers OVERTIME, the standalone Android game by the TIMECARD project. It does not cover wallet features on the TIMECARD website. This beta is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Your current run, credits, office furniture, settings, tutorial progress, career contracts, crew records and daily records are saved locally. Daily shifts use the date on your device to calculate a shared seed. You do not need an account, email address, wallet or NFT to play.
The Android game does not send gameplay records or personal information to TIMECARD. It includes no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or payment SDK. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, advertising ID or photo library. Artwork and audio are included in the app or generated on your device.
An office photo is created only when you choose Office photo. It contains the drawn office and character, with no wallet or account information. On Android, a temporary copy is saved in the app cache. Only the image you select is passed to the app or person you choose in the system share sheet. That destination handles it under its own policy.
Progress stays until app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Remove it through Android Settings, Apps, OVERTIME, Storage, Clear storage. This permanently removes the local run, credits, furniture and settings. Temporary photos may be removed by Android when clearing the app cache. OVERTIME has no cloud-save service; this build disables Android backup of app data. We cannot restore deleted progress.
If you enable vibration, the game uses device vibration for feedback. The native app includes Android Internet permission for its WebView runtime, but core gameplay loads bundled files and has no remote game server. Choosing a support link opens a separate destination.
The online TIMECARD website has separate hosting and privacy practices. Visiting it or contacting support is optional and subject to that destination. If you send a support message, the information you choose to include is used to answer it. Please do not send wallet keys or passwords.
If the app adds accounts, online saves, analytics, ads or payments, this policy and the store disclosures must be updated before those features are released.
